Manufacturing Defect Claim
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Although we stand by our products, we understand some may not turn out to be perfect due to manufacturing defect. When this is the case, we encourage you to submit a damage claim. Please allow up to five business days for us to review and verify your claim and take the necessary steps.
Please use the unique warranty number associated with the product you wish to claim. If you don't have the warranty number, please register your product and within two business days, you will receive an email with a unique warranty number for each item.
If the damage was caused by age or mishandling including by airline staff, TSA agent, or other carrier personnel, you will need to make the claim with the carrier. Please click here for more information from the US Department of Transportation.
