What's your warranty like?

Both sizes of the Vino Via wine luggage come with a ten-year manufacturing warranty. With the warranty, you can claim defects that are caused by the manufacturers, such as zippers that are impossible to open and a cracked body even before use. Normal wear and tear and damage from inappropriate handling are excluded. Vino Via will repair a defective product or replace it with another of the same or similar quality based upon its availability. In the event that your Vino Via luggage is damaged by a carrier, please contact them immediately for claims.

The materials used to construct Vino Via wine luggage are noted in the Features section on the product page. We do not use any material derived from animals.

All Vino Via items are shipped using a recyclable cardboard box. We are continuously updating

We only work with manufacturers who have proven to meet satisfactory standards in terms of employee safety, welfare, and wellbeing, as well as waste management.
