Do you offer free returns?

The trial period is 30 days after purchase. During this period, you are free to take the luggage out of its box to do a quality inspection (zippers, wheels, telescopic handle, foam padding, etc.) within reason and as long as they are not used for actual travels. You're also entitled to a free return from the original US shipping address during the thirty-day trial period.

All items must be returned intact and in their original condition, including their tags, label, booklet, and box. Otherwise, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I travel with the luggage during the trial period?

You can use the Vino Via wine luggage as soon as you receive it, however, this will void the trial period. Upon arrival at our warehouse, our support team will inspect the luggage to look for signs of prior travel use. 

What if the luggage is damaged outside of the return period?

A ten-year manufacturer defect covers each piece of Vino Via luggage. However, damages that are caused by normal wear and tear and improper handling are not covered by the warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the US, but we are planning on expanding.

The luggage is damaged and it's outside of the thirty-day trial period. What should I do?

If the damages are caused by improper handling by your carrier, please contact them to claim the damage. Otherwise, please visit our Care & Warranty page for instructions.
